Não acho que ele foi a melhor escolha dos republicanos, mas tenho certeza que foi a escolha certa para vencer as eleições mais importante do mundo.
Realmente eu apesar de torcer para que algum dos candidatos republicanos vencesse, não acreditei que ele chegaria a Casa Branca.
Talvez ele não tenha os requisitos tradicionais politicamente falando, mas o fato de que a imprensa mundial falar da candidatura dele com zombaria, que jamais ele chegaria ao posto mais importante da nação, deu ao gosto de vitoria mais doce.

Everyone who laughed, criticized, mocked Donald Trump's candidacy.
I do not think he was the best Republican choice, but I'm sure that was the right choice to win the most important election in the world.
Really though I hoped for some of the Republican candidates to win, I did not believe he would make it to the White House.
Perhaps he did not have the traditional requirements politically speaking, but the fact that the world press spoke of his candidacy with mockery, which would never reach the most important post in the nation, gave the taste of victory sweeter.
